The Auso spring, before being absorbed by the limestone soil, forms a waterfall approximately 8 m high. Below the waterfall there is an underground underwater cave, visible only to speleologists as it can only be reached by immersing itself in the waters. The Fasanella river which originates in the Ottati territory from the Auso cave, formerly known as the Abyss, at 260 meters above sea level. Near the source there is a stone bridge with a single arch with a humpback profile, it is located on the road that once connected Ottati with S. Angelo in Fasanella. Although it is known as the "Roman Bridge" for the period in which it was built, i.e. the 3rd century BC. C. Behind the bridge there are the remains of an old mill with a stone millstone, powered by the waters coming from the Auso spring.
